Your Reward Dollar balance and usage activity can be viewed on your Account. Your current balance will also be visible to you as a subscriber on all email communications.
Do Reward Dollars expire?
Reward Dollars expire 12 months after the date you acquired them.
Will I see higher tier benefits on the purchase that qualified me for the higher tier?
Member benefits are provided to you based on the tier you're in at the time of purchase.
How long will I receive the benefits of a higher tier?
12 months after you attained a higher tier, your account will be assessed. As our Friends With Benefits program uses a rolling 12 month period for tier attainment, you may find you attain an even higher tier in that timeframe. If you have not met the conditions for retaining your current tier after 12 months your account will be reassessed down one tier, even if you haven't met the requirements for that tier.
Do I receive Reward Dollars on returned products?
No. You may see your Reward Dollar balance change due to returned items.
Do I receive Reward Dollars for shipping costs?
Reward Dollars are not earned on shipping costs.

Friends With Benefits Rewards Program Terms and Conditions
Effective as at 1 October 2023.
Below are the legal terms and conditions that apply to our Friends with Benefits Rewards Program. Please read them carefully as they contain important information and may be changed at any time.
Definitions
“Behaviour” means the activities that are put towards a Member’s qualification to a benefits tier in the Rewards Program.
“Benefits” means rewards or other benefits given to members as a result of purchasing behaviours, incentives and/or promotions.
“Effective date” is 1 October 2023.
“Final purchase price” means the grand total of an order after any discounts applied and any redeemed Reward Dollars.
“Friends with Benefits” / “Rewards Program” means the rewards program operated by PHE International Pty Ltd providing members with access to benefits in accordance with these terms and conditions.
“Join date” means the date a member activated their My Account.
“Member” means individuals who sign up to the Friends with Benefits Rewards Program.
“Member email” means emails that are sent from Wild Secrets or PHE International to a member including emails about the individual’s membership, the Rewards Program, special offers, discounts, competitions and events.
“Reward Dollars” means reward given to members that can be redeemed as a discount on purchases made on our website.
“Member Status” refers to the benefits tier the member is currently allocated to.
“My Account” means the online account Members create and access on our website to make purchases and redeem benefits.
“PHE International Pty Ltd” / “PHE International” refers to the owner and operator of Wild Secrets, Wild Secrets Lingerie and FGMO.
“Website” refers to www.wildsecretslingerie.com.au,www.wildsecretslingerie.co.nz, www.wildsecretslingerie.com.
1.0 General
1.1 The Rewards Program Terms and Conditions document the operation of the Friends with Benefits Rewards Program, and any promotional activity and member transactions that arise as a result of the Friends with Benefits Rewards Program (referenced hereon as “Rewards Program”).
1.2 Individuals who join the Rewards Program agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1.3 The Rewards Program terms and conditions may be modified at any time without prior notification by PHE International in its absolute discretion. Any modification to the Rewards Program terms and conditions may be applied to a Member retrospectively.
1.4 PHE International will not accept any liability for any member email that is misdirected, lost or not received.
1.5 PHE International may collect personal information from Members for the purpose of facilitating the Rewards Program. Personal information will be handled in accordance with PHE International’s Privacy Policy.
1.6 PHE International reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Rewards Program or any aspect of it, at any time and without notice. Without limitation to the foregoing rights, PHE International reserve the right to transfer Members to such other loyalty or rewards program owned, operated, managed or administered by PHE International.
1.7 PHE International will not be liable for any tax liability incurred by a Member in connection with the Rewards Program, including that incurred in the provision and/or utilisation of rewards and benefits.
1.8 These Rewards Program Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with any additional conditions associated with benefits, including without limitation with the Website Terms and Conditions and other relevant PHE International policies and or terms and conditions.
1.9 PHE International’s decision on all matters arising in relation to the Rewards Program is final and binding.
1.10 Any failure or delay by PHE International in exercising its rights under these terms does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Any waiver by PHE International must be in writing and signed by an authorised officer of PHE International.
1.11 Nothing in these Rewards Program Terms & Conditions is intended to contravene any applicable law. To the extent that any provisions in these Rewards Program Terms and Conditions is invalid or unenforceable, it is to be read down so as to be valid and enforceable, and otherwise must be severed to the extent of any invalidity or unenforceability, without affecting the remaining provisions of these Rewards Program Terms & Conditions.
2.0 Membership
2.1 Membership of the Rewards Program is open to individuals who are 18 years or older with a unique email address.
2.2 An individual becomes a Member as at the account activation date.
2.3 An individual is deemed to be a Member when they sign up online and activate their My Account.
2.4 An individual may update their details at any time by visiting the website and logging into My Account. It is the Member’s responsibility to update their details including their email, surname, birthday and phone number. If a Member has not provided the correct details, PHE International may not be able to contact the Member about their membership, benefits, special offers or entry to competitions.
2.5 The Rewards Program operates by attributing different benefits (as nominated by PHE International from time to time) to the various tiers of the Rewards Program.
2.6 Upon joining the Rewards Program, a Member will be allocated a member status on the basis of the Member’s behaviour for the period of 30 Days prior to the join date. Details of the tiers are outlined in clauses 5.0 to 8.0 herein.
2.7 Any Members who were Members prior to the effective date, will be allocated a member status on the basis of the Member’s behaviour for the period of three (3) months prior to the effective date and deemed to accept the Rewards Program Terms and Conditions on and from the effective date.
2.8 Any Member with an existing Reward Dollars balance prior to the effective date, will retain that balance for the duration of twelve (12) months from the date of acquisition.
2.9 At any time, Members may only have one account registered to the Rewards Program.
2.10 Members may not transfer their account or benefits to another person or account.
2.11 PHE International reserves the right to modify, refuse or terminate a Member’s account to the Rewards Program without notice or reason and at its absolute discretion.
2.12 By joining the Rewards Program, an individual consents to receive member emails from PHE International and associated websites.
2.13 To receive exclusive offers and discounts, that may become available from time to time, the Member must be subscribed to receive marketing emails from the website.
2.14 Benefits can only be redeemed on websites owned and operated by PHE International and in the region of the Member’s account. For example, a Member that joined on www.wildsecretslingerie.com.au can only access their account and benefits on that website and any other of our other Australian (“.com.au”) websites.
2.15 To redeem any applicable benefits when purchasing, Member’s must ensure they are logged into a valid My Account.
3.0 Reward Dollars
3.1 Reward Dollars earned on the basis of a purchase made on our website is calculated as a percentage of the final purchase price, excluding shipping, in accordance with the member status at the time the order is placed.
3.2 Reward Dollars earned on the basis of a purchase made on our website will be issued to the Member when the order is dispatched.
3.3 At its sole discretion, PHE International may update a Member account with Reward Dollars as a result of a purchasing behaviour, Rewards Program benefits, incentive and/or promotional activities.
3.4 PHE International reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or vary the Reward Dollars without notice and at any time for any reason whatsoever in its absolute discretion including without limitation Reward Dollars awarded in error or Reward Dollars earned fraudulently.
3.5 Reward Dollars cannot be sold, transferred or assigned and are not redeemable for cash or any other like instruments, including (but not limited to) gift vouchers, promo codes, cheques and store credits. Reward Dollars do not represent legal tender in any country.
3.6 Reward Dollars cannot be earned using other Reward Dollars as part of the transaction.
3.7 The currency in which Reward Dollars are issued, will be the currency native to the website in which the purchase was made. For example, www.wildsecretslingerie.com.au is $AUD, www.wildsecretslingerie.co.nz is $NZD and www.wildsecretslingerie.com is $USD.
3.8 If a Membership is terminated from the Rewards Program, all outstanding and future Rewards will no longer be valid and will be rendered null and void.
3.9 When a Member returns a purchase for a refund, any Member Reward that was previously awarded may be adjusted or reversed.
3.10 Members can view their Reward Dollars at any time by logging into their My Account on the website.
3.11 Reward Dollars are not awarded for cancelled, declined or fraudulent transactions.
3.12 Reward Dollars expire twelve (12) months from the date of acquisition.
4.0 Tier Enrolment
4.1 Members are enrolled into tiers on the basis of their overall behaviour in a rolling twelve (12) month period, in the following manner:
- Member: Member whose total spend is $249.99 or less over one (1) or more orders;
- Bronze: Member whose total spend is between $250.00 and $499.99 over two (2) or more orders;
- Silver: Member whose total spend is between $500.00 and $999.99 over three (3) or more orders;
- Gold: Member whose total spend is $1,000.00 or more over four (4) or more orders.
4.3 Twelve (12) months from the date of a Member’s last tier enrolment, the Member will either retain their member status or be moved (up or down) to a different tier, depending on the Member’s tier qualification at that time. The Member will then remain in that tier for twelve (12) months unless the Member’s behaviour qualifies the Member to enrol into a higher tier
4.4 Orders that are returned or cancelled will be subtracted from the Member’s behaviour.
5.0 Tier One: Member Benefits
5.1 5% Reward Dollars: Members will receive Reward Dollars for every order dispatched, calculated as 5% of the final purchase price, excluding shipping, in accordance with the conditions outlined in clause 3.0 herein.
5.2 Exclusive Offers: Members may receive exclusive access to sales and extra discounts, issued from time to time by PHE International at its discretion and on such terms it sees fit. Members must be subscribed to marketing emails to receive these offers.
6.0 Tier Two: Bronze Member Benefits
6.1 5% Reward Dollars: Bronze Members will receive Reward Dollars for every order dispatched, calculated as 5% of the final purchase price, excluding shipping, in accordance with the conditions outlined in clause 3.0 herein.
6.2 Exclusive Offers: Bronze Members may receive exclusive access to sales and extra discounts, issued from time to time by PHE International at its discretion and on such terms it sees fit. Members must be subscribed to marketing emails to receive these offers.
6.3 $20 Birthday Reward: Bronze Members will receive $20.00 as Reward Dollars issued to their My Account, once every 12 months, on the month of the Member’s birthday as disclosed on the Member’s My Account. Member’s that do not provide their date of birth in the relevant field on My Account, will not receive this benefit.
6.4 $10 Anniversary Reward: Bronze Members will receive $10.00 as Reward Dollars issued to their My Account, once every 12 months, on the day of the Member’s first purchase date.
7.0 Tier Three: Silver Member Benefits
7.1 5% Reward Dollars: Silver Members will receive Reward Dollars for every order dispatched, calculated as 5% of the final purchase price, excluding shipping, in accordance with the conditions outlined in clause 3.0 herein.
7.2 Exclusive Offers: Silver Members may receive exclusive access to sales and extra discounts, issued from time to time by PHE International at its discretion and on such terms it sees fit. Members must be subscribed to marketing emails to receive these offers.
7.3 $30 Birthday Reward: Silver Members will receive $30.00 as Reward Dollars issued to their My Account, once every 12 months, on the month of the Member’s birthday as disclosed on the Member’s My Account. Member’s that do not provide their date of birth in the relevant field on My Account, will not receive this benefit.
7.4 $20 Anniversary Reward: Silver Members will receive $20.00 as Reward Dollars issued to their My Account, once every 12 months, on the day of the Member’s first purchase date.
7.5 Exclusive Free Gifts: As part of our everyday Free Gift Promotion, available on purchases over $100, Silver Members may be presented with free gift options that are not otherwise available. This benefit is subject to stock availability and may be changed at any time.
8.0 Tier 4: Gold Member Benefits
8.1 5% Reward Dollars: Gold Members will receive Reward Dollars for every order dispatched, calculated as 5% of the final purchase price, excluding shipping, in accordance with the conditions outlined in clause 3.0 herein.

8.3 $50 Birthday Reward: Gold Members will receive $50.00 as Reward Dollars issued to their My Account, once every 12 months, on the month of the Member’s birthday as disclosed on the Member’s My Account. Member’s that do not provide their date of birth in the relevant field on My Account, will not receive this benefit.
8.4 $25 Anniversary Reward: Gold Members will receive $25.00 as Reward Dollars issued to their My Account, once every 12 months, on the day of the Member’s first purchase date.
8.5 Exclusive Free Gifts: As part of our everyday Free Gift Promotion, available on purchases over $100, Gold Members may be presented with free gift options that are not otherwise available. This benefit is subject to stock availability and may be changed at any time.
8.6 Free Express Shipping: Gold Members will be able to opt for free express shipping at checkout, under the following conditions:
- Members must be logged into their My Account to redeem this benefit;
- Members must select express shipping during checkout when placing an order, express shipping will not be automatically applied to orders;
- If Members submit an order without choosing express shipping, the order will be dispatched with the chosen postage method;
- Postage methods cannot be altered after the order is placed, and;
- PHE International reserves the right to change or cancel this benefit without notice and at any time for any reason whatsoever in its absolute discretion
